Your Intensive Experience kicks off with an intake call with me to discover what makes your situation unique. During and after the call, I make suggestions for you to begin implementing immediately with your #1 e-function goal in mind.

The online Intensive Experience is a small group-interactive workshop hosted by Dr Rachael that does a deep dive into men's health with a focus on E-Function and better sexual outcomes.

The exercises and lifestyle shifts are designed to 1) help you get stronger erections 2) improve social interactions and your sex life 3) improve overall health 4) help you last longer 5) help you regenerate erectile function 6) encourage you to optimize wellness and 4) minimize anxiety surrounding erectile function.

After your intake call, you start to implement the strategies right away. This gives you a nice lead into the 2-day E-Function Virtual Intensive. This event is usually on a predetermined Friday and Saturday and the group size is always less than ten people.

Then, once the intensive begins, it’s you and me, in a virtual group setting, diving right into the information, how-to videos, engaged with guest speakers, and more.

I’ll walk you through the E-Function Tuneup, step-by-step, so you can see EXACTLY how you should spend the following months, and to evaluate what’s been going on in particular with your E-Function.

You can then take these recommendations, which usually included herbal supplements to consider as well, over to your personal physician and you can get started!

After the two day session wraps up, we meet again as a group for follow up 6-8 weeks after the 2-day Virtual Intensive.

There are no refunds. Once you have had your intake call with Dr. Rachael, we are no longer able to issue you a refund. Dr Ross spends a large amount of time both preparing for your intake call and afterwards formulating a personalized plan for you to follow.  She is dedicated to this process and because of this, we are unable to issue refunds after your intake call.

If you cannot attend the live component of The Experience for any reason, you have two options. You can watch the session recordings, or you can wait until there is an Intensive scheduled that you are able to attend at a later dater.

Dr. Ross, is a board certified family medicine physician, And she practices functional medicine. Functional medicine is a type of medicine where the main focus is getting to the root cause of disease. She did her undergrad at Vanderbilt University and received her doctorate of medicine from Meharry Medical College. 

Dr. Ross, is also a clinical sexologist. She trained with the late great Dr. William Granzig, and completed her PhD program through the American College of Sexologists at Maimonides University.

Each individual is different, and therefore it is difficult to estimate how long it will take before you see results.
