These test strips use a simple 3 step process to help you easily determine your current Nitric Oxide levels! See below for more info on how to test:

Test before and/or a minimum of 90 min after your E-Function Smooth, nitrate rich meal, or supplement. Don't eat or drink anything for at least 15 minutes before you test.

1) Place the test strip with the "saliva here" side on your tongue for 5 seconds.

2) Take the test strip off of your tongue and fold it in half. Press both pads together and hold them together for 15 seconds.

3) Separate and compare your color reading on the test pad to the Nitric oxide Scale indicated.

How many times can I use a Nitric Oxide Test Strip?

The Nitric Oxide Test Strips are designed to be used one time only. If you were to use the indicator multiple times, you would be shown an inaccurate reading.

How Often Should I use the Nitric Oxide Test Strips?

We recommend using these Nitric Oxide Test Strips each day while you are getting started using your E-Function Smoothie Recipe Book 2.0 and/or the Nitric Oxide Mega Booster. This will help you record your progress during your nitric oxide boosting journey.

The test came back showing depleted levels... is it not working?

It's important to note that any the following can impact the accuracy of your nitric oxide level reading:

• The use of mouthwash

• The use of antibiotics

• Testing when your saliva is diluted

Please ensure that you are also following the correct protocols for testing to ensure that you are getting an accurate reading each time you test.
