Refund policy

At Dr. Rachael Institute, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, we understand that unique situations can arise. In certain circumstances, exceptions may be made to issue a refund under the following terms and conditions:
  1. Processing Fees:
  2. If a refund is approved, the buyer will be responsible for covering the credit card processing fees (3% of the original charge and 3% for the refund). This applies to both digital and physical products. As a small company, this policy helps us mitigate the financial impact of refunds.
  3. Returns Policy:
    • From the date of purchase, you have 14 days to initiate a return for any product—whether it is a physical or digital product—except for those covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty (see below).
    • If the product has already been shipped, the buyer will be responsible for the costs of returning the item to us.
    • The product must be returned undamaged and in its original condition to our warehouse to qualify for a refund.
    • If the product has been lost or damaged, we cannot issue a refund.
    • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products.
    • Refunds will not include the original shipping costs.
  4. Incorrect Shipping Address:
  5. If the buyer provides an incorrect shipping address, Dr. Rachael Institute is not responsible for the error. To reship the item, the buyer will need to cover the cost of shipping a second time.
  6. Mechanical Products Warranty:
  7. Our mechanical products come with a 1-year factory warranty. If a mechanical product is defective or experiences an issue within 1 year of the purchase date, please contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.
  8. Processing Time:
  9. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
