Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Potential Delays
You will be notified if there is a delay in shipping.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer shipping at cost and prefer to ship with UPS. Most products will be shipped using UPS Ground or 3-Day Shipping. When it isn’t possible, we ship using USPS Priority Mail.


International Orders
Your order is important to us. For orders shipping outside the U.S. (including Canada, Mexico, the UK, Australia, and Europe), special arrangements are required.

A manual invoice for shipping will be sent and must be paid before your order ships.
Once transferred to the carrier, international deliveries are not guaranteed, and buyers assume responsibility for any loss unless covered by carrier insurance.


Shipping Policy Update – Canada
Due to new tariffs and ongoing carrier strikes, we are temporarily unable to ship to Canada for new customers.
Recent changes have made international shipping cost-prohibitive, and many packages are being delayed or held at customs.
We remain committed to serving our existing Canadian customers and will continue to fulfill those orders. However, please note that shipments may experience delays, and once a package leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee delivery times or outcomes.

Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@drrachaelianstitute.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We cannot accept returns. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@drrachaelianstitute.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to reach a satisfactory resolution.
