Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to continue, you may cancel your subscription in accordance with the policy below.

Minimum Subscription Commitment (Physician-Led Care Model)

At Dr. Rachael Institute, our subscriptions are designed to support real physiological change, not quick fixes.

For this reason, all subscriptions include a minimum commitment of three (3) billing cycles.

This allows sufficient time for:

  • Consistent use of the protocol as intended
  • Your body to respond and adapt physiologically
  • Benefits to build and stabilize rather than fluctuate
  • Our team to provide guided support, education, and troubleshooting to help improve outcomes

During these first three billing cycles, we actively support you with resources and guidance to help ensure proper use and the best possible results.

👉 Cancellations requested before the completion of the third billing cycle will not be processed.

Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

After your third successful billing cycle, you may cancel or change your subscription at any time.

You can manage your subscription by:

  • Logging into your customer portal, or
  • Contacting us at info@drrachaelinstitute.com with any questions or adjustment requests

To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal or shipment, cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled billing or shipping date.

If a Cancellation Is Not Received in Time

If your subscription or product order processes before we receive your cancellation request, our Refund Policy will apply.

  • Processing fees (3% of the original charge and 3% of the refund)
  • A 10% restocking fee for returned physical products
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs once an item has shipped

Final Sale Policy

All sales are considered final.

Refunds or exceptions are reviewed only under the terms outlined in our full Refund Policy and are subject to product condition and return compliance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Dr. Rachael Institute is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Reshipping will require payment of additional shipping fees.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days after returned products are received and inspected.
